Thank you for considering The Elks Country Club for your banquet function. From an intimate affair for twenty-five to an elaborate reception for two hundred, we stand ready to meet your catering needs. We have three banquet rooms. The Ballroom can accommodate up to two hundred people. The fee for this room is $550.00. The Lodge Room and Dining Room can each accommodate approximately seventy-five people. The fee for each of these rooms is $200.00. If you are a current paid up member these rooms are available to you at half price! The fee is non-refundable and due in full at the time of booking your event. All food and beverage must be purchased through the elks catering service with payment due the day of the event.
We offer two different food options, depending what your needs are. You may choose from a Hors d’oeuvre Buffet or a Dinner Buffet. Additional trays are available but only with either the Hord’oeuvre Buffet or the Dinner Buffet. In form of beverages we offer kegs of beer, cases of wine and champagne for purchase. We also offer open or cash bar to fit your needs. The kegs are $155.00. An 18% gratuity charge and an 8% tax will be added to any food and beverage purchase.
